NANO PRO™ 3N5 (99.95%) Molybdenum Trioxide (MoO3) Pellets (1-3mm) Evaporation Materials

Molybdenum trioxide (MoO3) appears as colorless to white or pale yellow solid. It has a composed of layers of distorted MoO6 octahedra in an orthorhombic crystal. MoO3 evaporation layer is widely used for batteries, supercapacitors, gas sensors, field effect transistors and catalysis.
