NANO PRO™ Fully Automatic Kjeldahl Analyzer with Touch Screen

The Kjeldahl method is globally acknowledged as the standard technique for assessing nitrogen content in both organic and inorganic samples, thereby providing an estimate of the protein content. This Automated Kjeldahl Analyzer stands out for its intelligence, efficiency, energy-saving features, and data-sharing capabilities. It supports automation, including fully automatic distillation, titration, self-diagnosis, calculation, printing, and waste disposal. Additionally, it can be paired with a 24-position autosampler for truly unattended operation, simplifying and streamlining the entire experimental process. It can be widely used in the fields of food processing, feed production, tobacco, animal husbandry, soil fertility, environmental monitoring, medicine, agriculture, scientific research, teaching, quality supervision and other fields of nitrogen or protein determination.

  • Real-time monitoring of condensate effluent temperature ensures complete sample condensation, guaranteeing accurate and reliable test results.
  • Real-time monitoring of the entire experimental process through the titration graph allows for adjustments in experimental methods to enhance test accuracy and efficiency.
  • The privilege grading function enables data traceability management, meeting GMP and 21CFR Part11 requirements.
  • The titration module ensures more accurate titration of the receiving liquid, resulting in higher titration precision.
  • The ultra-large capacity solvent tank can accommodate 500 experimental analyses in one fill.
  • Customizable testing reports can be output in PDF format or printed.
  • All sample weights measured by the balance can be directly output into this Analyzer (MA1206) for analysis.
  • The color sensor can be adjusted using the RGB model, ensuring compliance with AOAC, ISO, PA, USP, and other standards.
  • Optional: Can be equipped with a 24-position auto sampler, the auto sampler is directly connected to the MA1206 fully automatic Kjeldahl analyzer, eliminating the need for a separate power supply and improving overall system energy efficiency. The 24-bit injection port separates cleaning and test positions, thus eliminating the risk of cross-contamination during distillation.
