Bar Coater for thin films: The spring-loaded system compensates for minor alignment inaccuracies. Simply push one of the five bars (10, 25, 50, 100, or 250 microns) into the holder to achieve various wet thicknesses.
The spring-loaded system will handle small inaccuracies in alignment. Mount one of the five rods/bars on the coater unit by simple pushing the rod/bar into the holder. It possible to coat thine films with different wet thickness.
The nominal thickness obtainable with each bar/rod:
#1 = 10 micron
#2 = 25 micron
#3 = 50 micron
#4 = 100 micron
#5 = 250 micron
