NANOSSR offers a metallographic abrasive cutting machine. This equipment is an automatic metallographic cutting machine known for its high reliability and robust control capabilities. It is designed for cutting a wide range of metallic and non-metallic materials to observe the metallographic core structure of the material.

Main Features:

  • Advanced single-chip microcomputer-PLC automatic control is adopted to achieve full-automatic cutting.
  • Built-in 9 cutting modes. According to the softness or hardness of the sample material, corresponding cutting parameters for nine modes can be modified and saved.
  • During automatic operation, automatic feed and retraction are implemented, and feed and retraction speeds can be set.
  • Innovative vibration (feed-retract-feed) cutting mode ensures sufficient cooling of the cutting area of the sample, preventing sample burn.
  • Manual operation is available, unaffected by automatic mode.
  • Quick clamping mechanism for convenient sample loading.
  • Fully enclosed structure with transparent protective cover, increasing observation visibility.
  • The main components such as the clamp mouth and worktable surface are made of stainless steel.
  • Emergency stop and air switches provide safety protection for operators.
