• The cutting slice moves up and down (Z-axis) to achieve sectioning cutting, while the sample table moves forward and backward (Y-axis) to achieve translation cutting of samples.
• For 200 different workpieces, 200 sets of corresponding cutting parameters can be saved or selected.
• High-power variable frequency motors are used, allowing for speed adjustment based on the material being cut and the size of the cutting slice to improve cutting controllability.
• Laser positioning for cutting location.
• Multi-stage filtration technology, such as magnetic filtration, is employed to make the cooling water cleaner, significantly enhancing the cooling effect.
