NANO PRO™ Metallographic Castable Cold Vacuum Mounting Press

NANOSSR offers a Metallographic cold vacuum mounting press. It achieves a tight bond between the sample and the embedding material by removing air from the sample and the cold embedding material, filling the gaps in the sample with liquid embedding material, and eliminating the gap between the sample and the embedding material. It provides excellent protection and support for the sample during grinding and polishing processes.

Main Features:

  • The vacuum degree is displayed and automatically controlled.
  • Built-in vacuum pump, low noise, oil-free, pollution-free, and maintenance-free.
  • Both the embedded sample and the liquid embedding material can be pre-vacuumed.
  • Utilizing the rotating cup holder inside the vacuum chamber, multiple samples can be poured into the mold in one go for vacuum embedding.
  • Special air release valve for implementing multiple cycles of vacuum pumping and air release embedding processes.
  • Comes with a timer: After the embedding is completed, it automatically releases pressure.
