Glass Pane Coated with 100 nm Gold Thin Film

NANOSSR offers High Quality glass pane (4″x4″x0.7-mm) coated with 100-nm gold (99.999% purity) over a titanium adhesion layer. This product can be used for photolithography and wet etching processes to fabricate electrodes, sensors and other devices.

NANOSSR offers custom metal coating services using e-beam vapor deposition, a high-vacuum process with excellent control of film thickness.

NANOSSR offers a wide selection of high-quality evaporation materials and crucibles in a full range of purity and dimensions for thin film coatings. These materials are suitable for all commercial evaporation systems, whether your requirements are for thermal evaporation or electron beam deposition system.
